Hello, do I take my herb I am taking on a particular day once in the morning, or twice a day. The website confused me.

Thanks

Twice a day (in the morning after breathing exercice, cold shower/brush) and second dose mid afteroon (better once your diet and exercices are on point to be efficient).

Can someone clarify this as well? Say, I meant to be taking Shiljait in the morning, then second dose is Pine Pollen (the one I’m taking everyday), or Shiljait?

Pine Pollen might be used everyday non stopping. The others Will be cycled twice a day the same herb. One day shilajit (twice), next day tongkat (twice) .... One herb for each day, 2 times.

And those are the one you can take everyday if you want:

-Pine Pollen
-Royal Jelly
-Maca
-Suma root extract

You have to cycle them every month if I remember well.

If the herb says to take it once per day, you can divide that amount in half and take half in the morning and half in the evening. It could be slightly more effective that way.

I always just used the recommend dose, twice a day for each herb. There are a few that are everyday use ones, but for the most part.

Do you mean that you doubled the dose then? Or did half and half?

IIRC, in the beginning I did half and half, but eventually settled on doubling the dose. My reasoning for this was due to the fact that it was only once every two to three weeks I was taking it. Of course, YMMV - definitely don't take a double dose if it causes any issues for you.
