Just came down with covid and seem to be getting over a pretty mild case. I’m wondering if any others here have gotten it and what it has meant for your recovery. Overall I’m doing pretty well. All the best.

Well I can say that I had it back in 2/20. I'm fine. Never got vaccinated and am not going to. For me, it was like a bad flu. Lasted two weeks.

During active recovery, I don't think it will undue any of the progress you've made thus far. Completely seperate issue.

Hello, I just got the covid without being vaccinated and I’m still positive…
Was the same for you to feel extremely tired?
I do feel so and I’m wondering if starting to use some vitamins

Heard on the Joe Rogan podcast that Vitamin D is very good against COVID.
And don't workout when you are positive.
Try to relax until you're negative.

Everyone should be taking their Vit. D as it's part of the protocol.
