Well although I think DCP is a great product, I have to wonder whether it's really worth using while following this type of diet. I'd def recommend them if you where combining fats and proteins everyday, but as you aren't, it's really down to you. Are you getting better results with DCP? If you're not sure, I wouldn't buy any more. See what it's like without taking DCP for a week, that's all I can really suggest.
