Yea it is pretty crap. Mines blue cross blue shield. But in other news still eating the same. Almost pushing into the 190's in the evening but getting kinda soft looking in areas but it's not too bad. I'll probably cut my carbs down here in a week or so and see how that works out. Body is continuing to fill out legs are still pretty good more defined and gaining size they vary from about 25-26" depending on how full they are. Waist is still hanging about around 31-32". Need to start tanning since I have three acres of land and can do that but it's been too damn cold it was 20F this morning.
Did I mention I got my wife working out now? She's on a diet to control her epilepsy so she can come off her meds to have kids and so she was about 145lbs before the new diet, got down to 134lbs or so when we started going to the gym a little over a month ago now she's around 118lbs. She's 5'1" so she's a shorty.
