Those few words, harmonizes with my common sense of nutrition. By saying evening you mean 6-8 hours before you crash?

oh and in about an hour and a half, I'll gulp down my casein protein shake blended with 2 Banana's and metamucil bulk fiber mixed with Almond Milk and a few scoop of GABA. Then, I.... shall CRASH!!!! And see what I look like mayana's
