Haven't really posted my lifting this week but all I've done is squats and light higher rep work is done with 225 and I've been working with 275 or 325. Legs are for sures feeling it today and this evening I did squats and deads back to back.
Squats/Deads
225 5x10
Did it with as little rest as possible and finished it in 25 minutes.
Pounded my shake and I'll chill out for a 1.5-2hrs then hit OHP and DB rows right before dinner.
