This is the norm with this company. Their products are good but their customer service is virtually non-existent. If they didn't have a specialty they'd be out of business.

When it says "Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information appear," I think they really mean 24 days. Their products sit in pre-shipment forever. Good luck ever getting a response out of them either.
