Thanks fot the heads up but When I say Lightly sea salted I mean lightly salted because there's about a pinch of salt added just for flavor.
I'm only on AL/AHv2 so BP and bloat aren't much of an issue.
When it run a real cycle I'll be sure to knock out most if not all salt or high in sodium food.
