If your gonna go 6 days carbless just do it and skip the mini carb load and just have the massive one on the 6th day, then have another carb feast 4 days later and see how that works out.

Mixed up a little. Never broke a yoke thou.
Bro your late night snacks are way more fun than mines (can of tuna, 1.5 TBSP of Coconut oil on it, wallnuts in it)

I have been giving some serious thought into Osta, how long and what dose where you thinking, what are you looking to get out of it?

Honestly, from what I've been reading the stuff looks too good to be true. I am really close to making an order.
The spirit that I have seen may be the devil: and the devil hath power to assume a pleasing shape; yea, and perhaps out of my weakness and my melancholy, as he is very potent with such spirits, abuses me to damn me.
I love to eat and that meal took all of 5-10 minutes to throw together. Bacon eggs and spinach is all that's in there.

I'll start and keep it at 12.5 and run it until the bottle is empty. Recomp, LBM, drop in BF, and strentgh. Lol
I've read mutipule sources on the net and some love it some don't so I'll run it and decide for myself.
I'm also on AndroMass so I may hold off and finish that off first.

seems like the perfect boost for cut/recomp and for bridging or ramping into a cycle. Headaches seem to be a common complaint but other than that it sounds pretty mild. The risks are equal to the gains which are in sync with the moderate yet not out of control cost which is all perfectly acceptable to me.
I was considering running it for 8 weeks with cals just below maintnance to finish my cut and then possibily ramping into stano/trenazone/mechabol (or ultradrol) for a 5 or 6 week mild bulk with around 3200 cals a day to start summer off with a bang. Same support and pct as my last run in November. I've got everything on hand with the exception of a few support sups and the osta.

AM should be slowing down some and hopefully the osta will be a nice little boost.
