That's just my plan and things will change. Like I just realized I only have 1hr for sushi when I'll eat that over 2hrs but I'll start at 5.
I kind of graze on stuff instead of gorge and stuff myself, but I end up eating the whole 8hrs.

I'm HIGH as fuck during my CarbNites and that for sures helps.
The only meals I'm not high or don't smoke before are my lunches/first meal of the day.
I stay sober during work.
I've always had a crazy ability to pack away food but the longer I'm on this diet its just getting harder and harder because my meals are cal dense and don't take up all that much room.

more people need to utilize weed with bodybuilding. that was actually why i started smoking. to get in extra calories
