Today is CN. I'll be starting my CN at 12:30 sharp, and aim to have it done by 8PM and then crash hard! Wanna make sure I get some good sleep and still wake up by sunrise tomorrow.
Plan:
8AM - 7 eggs (5 are white only), 2 slice of roastbeef, green and red and cayenne peppers, 2 TBSP of Coconut Oil, Mushrooms, Wallnuts and almonds
9:30AM - Amino Energy, Alphamine, Glutamine, Creatine and BCAA drink
--- 10AM I hit the gym ---
10:30-11AM - sip my 30 gram hydrolyzed whey + 10 grams casein + 1.5 TBSP coconut oil and creatine shake
-- 12PM I arrive at work --
And then, I starve myself for 30 minutes more... and the madness begins:
12:30 PM - 3 cups Jasmine White rice + 30 grams of chicken breast + a box of marshmellow pebbles in skim milk loaded with sea salt
2:30 PM - 3 cups Jasmine White rice + 30 grams of chicken breast + half a box of Rice Krispies in skim milk
4:30 PM - 3 cups Jasmine White rice + 30 grams of chicken breast + half box of Marsh pebbles
6:30 PM - 6x poptarts + Rice Krispies and Marsh pebbles mixed in almond milk (half box of each).
8:00 PM - Nail down my 35 grams casein protein / 3 TBSP peanut Butter / 3 TBSP Coconut oil shake
Then... as soon as my breathing eases down, I crash... probably 8:30 ish.
