Hit the gym for about 2.5hrs this morning.
3 rounds of HIIT on the bike
Worked up to 315 5x5 on squats and deads
2 more rounds of HIIT
Worked back.
I'll be hitting Arms, shoulders, and more HIIT tomorrow.

No CO?!?! I can't imagine leaving that out of my eating routine. In to see how this will work for ya! What sources do you use for fat throughout this phase??

I still have 10-14g co right when I get up and then 10-14g post workout in the evening.
I just cut out all the eating of it threw out the day. 40g co before 8:30am is no way to cut. Lol
This setup feels like its working really well and I'll weigh in on Friday morning and then plan my CARB attack!!! I'm guessing I'll be 212..
Fats are all coming from the meat I'm eating. Whole foods FTW...
I'm also cutting out all protein powder tomorrow-Friday.

Diet truely is 85-90% of the game...
Full fat wild planet tuna, and 85/15 beef is all I'm eating right now, and keeping it simple like that allows me to adjust things very easily.
The lower cal/fat diet this week coupled with 2 tame refeeds, should have me a little leaner and ready to start backloading 3-4 times a week.
A well tuned CBL plan should have me dropping fat and adding mass all while eating steak and cake.

Was thinking about and planning my CBL diet and I think I'll start with 3 backloads and the days breakdown will be
112g fat+250g protein+250g carbs=3k cals

Not sure you wrote about this previously but how do you feel in the gym? energy levels/pump/ endurance
