Thinking of running a 8 week alpha bulk only cycle at the recommended 6 caps a day. What kind of gains can I expect and would reboot alone suffice for pct?

Welcome to the forums.
As with any cycle, the amount you gain is wildly dependent on a lot of factors. This primarily includes diet, workout routine, genetics, age, cycle history, ect...
PH's aren't magic that just pack on weight - you still need to bust your butt and eat a lot to get the gains. The PH's just help the process go faster.
Lets hear more about yourself. Age, height, weight, training experience, PH cycle experience (if any), diet, just to start.
As far as Reboot is concerned, it should be ok for just 8 weeks of Alpha Bulk, but I've never used it.
If you can bench more than you can squat, you're doing it wrong!
6 years lifting off and on no pro hormone experience 25 years old 165lbs 3000 - 3500 cals a day
Been researching ph's for over 3 years decided this may be the best entry level ph
Alpha bulk would be an ok starter PH, it isn't harsh on the system.
The only thing is your weight - 165 lbs isn't a lot Unless you are 5'3".
You could stand to put on a good 10-15 lbs alone from hitting 4000 calories a day for a while.
I'd suggest that if you want to run the cycle, modify your diet up to 4000 calories and run it for 4 weeks prior to starting the Alpha Bulk. You'll get a really good idea of how your body will react to the extra calorie intake, and I bet you'll see boost in size as well.

I don't disagree with this..I'm the steriotypical ectomorph tall skinny putting on one pound feels like pulling teeth
To be honest I'm pretty muscular for my Weight its just hard to for me to eat the neccesary amount so I end up drinking a lot of mass gainers
4-5 lbs of beef daily, a dozen eggs, and a gallon of milk daily should be the entry level anabolic you speak of.
