"The purpose of today's training is to defeat yesterday's understanding."
Hi, i'm a 38 years old male from Belgium. I'ts now a couple of months that i've been on the forum. So i think i'ts time to introduce myself. I've been training since i was 20. When i was 30 i had an operation on my stomach. Lost 53 Lbs in 4 months! I also have the dissorder GAD (generalised anxiety disorder). For the GAD i was taking duloxetine(ssri), rilatine, dipiperon(pipamperon) and seroquel(quetiapine), but with many side effects. My libido was lagging, i was'nt feeling well, sweat outbursts. I went to the doctor and did some blood work. Everything was in range. Still i deceided to start HRT. It's now 3 weeks that i take sustanon (175mg/week) and the only other medication that i take is seroquel for the night. Now, for the moment, i feel good. Great libido, no anxiety, no sweat outbursts. Training is going well....
So, i'm sorry for my language, but English is not my native language. I hope you understand what i want to tell ;-)

Hello All,
Name is Devin, 25 years old and finishing my bachelor's of science in - Nutrition / Exercise / Health Sciences and Dietetics with a specific emphasis in Sports Dietetics and Gerontology. Besides finishing my degree (in December), I'm also a personal trainer / nutrition specialist and Training Coach (bodybuilding and powerlifting). I made the switch to bodybuilding in 2010 and prior to that I competed nationally in the 148 and 168 weight classes in powerlifting. Weights when I competed were 141lbs and 151lbs, lifts at 151 were: bench - 300, deadlift 420, squat 380. Looking to do my first show for bodybuilding as I've been plagued with injuries and school will be next June at the Duel of Champions NPC show. In my free time I like to play with my toys (1997 camaro z28 fully done - motor, suspension etc), and my 1996 Polaris 780cc SLX jetski.
I'm looking forward to being here for the long haul.
Thanks,
Devin (TM89)
Hey SS, glad to be here, I read quite a few threads before joining but I've become familiar with the vet's on SS from AM and PP mostly. I look as y 'all as my mentors in the game, seriously. The knowledge I've learned from you guys is huge and homage to h2s for quarterbacking this platform. Truly an honor to be a part of a group with so much class and integrity. I'm privileged to be able to tap into this wealth of information, so thank you all for sharing you'r wisdom, the checks and balances on this forum are phenomenal.
Rep hard! 💯💯💯
