If I were you (if!) I would start really light, and just hit the reps really slow, let your body get warm and start burning, let you muscle start working. And then, when you're sweating like crazy and start seeing them vainz come out, THEN hit it heavy. By going heavy at that point, in my experience, I tend to burn insane amount of bodyfat.

One of the girls I've been talking to starts to txt me so I'm about an hour late to start my lifting but I'm still gonna kill it.
The sports medicine/personal trainer girl is starting to take the lead and I hope she keep on pulling.
