So I'm finally back from my vacation, measured body fat today with a machine, turns out I'm 18.8% !!!!!
I just took these pics in a hurry, cuz I'm kinda late for work (catching up with the routine of life)

Does this look like 18.8% body fat??? And should I run ECA stack next week or wait till I'm lower then 16% ???

I don't really see 18.8% bf. I say just get back to the gym, kill it for a couple weeks and you'll be back in no time at all. Just relax, you just need to ease your way back in now.
I'd hold off for 2 weeks so your body gets back to its regular routine then hit the ECA.
Are you still CNS or something different.
Don't see how your 18.8% either and your probably just holding some water.

I'm used to be an instrumentation specialist in another life that specialized in machines that measured various things. I can tell you that your machine is wrong by your picture. However, it's important to know that machines have a margin of error which maybe greater than the advertised spec. Additionally, machines and even really measurement itself is affected by different variables like moisture, heat, conductivity, etc.
Anyway don't sweat the numbers.
Thanks guys, I'll probably start next week or a week after depending on how my body feels. Gotta get as much fat off as I can before my bulk cycle. I've increased protein a bit and lowered fat slightly. CarbNites will be twice a week

Thanks for pointing that out dude. When I measured my bf% I just had a post workout shake with about a TBSP of Coconut oil and I was sweating like crazy... so perhaps that also had to do with it. I've been sweating 24/7 since I got back from my vacation, these 3 days... Either the diet, or the workouts, or Aruba is just sick hot!
In the states I avoided carbs in the morning. Ate a LOT of carbs in the evening though. But some days I went ULC. My weight however went down to 177 from the usual 180-182 pound before the vacation! And it's ironic, I feel leaner..... I dunno, I guess I'm just gonna fall back into the routine and see what happens. I upped protein a bit, lowered fat a bit... and will Refeed Friday. I'll be refeeding every Monday and Friday... trying to keep it around 8 hours pre-bedtime window on Mondays and 6 hours pre-bedtime window on Friday. Thanks for the picture haha it's inspiring!

Got a chance to take another shot today in less of a rush, right after my boxing work out.
Now honestly, I don't think I'm 18% bf! LOL (stupid machine raised my cortisol levels for nothing)
