    Future sled and a REAL axle deadlift bar


    I'll be cutting that fender in half and welding the 2 pieces together and piece of pipe to hold the weights on.
    I'll cut the ends of the axle off and weld 2inch pipe to the ends with a beefy collar welded over the pieces to act like a sleeve for even more strentgh.

    Future Prowler....

    I'll use this where I can but I also snagged a nice 16 foot length of square tube that'll be the base of the build.

    No pics but I'll also be making a yoke that will use tractor weights prowler might be set up to use the same or both tractor and Olympic weights.

    Other than my time I won't spend a dime.

    As for the term ''future'', you mean next year? 2 years? Would be awesome if you could use them through your upcoming cycle...

    Cycle has started so that'll get things in gear too.

    6 caps 2x2x2 of Epi Andro RX then I'll throw something else in the mix in 2 weeks because I started preloading support supps last night.

    For all you city no tractor seeing people here's the weights I'll be using.

    Have a shit load of these laying around so I'll be keeping some whole and also cutting some so I don't have to make 90kg jumps when loading the yoke since each wieght is 45kg.

    DIET/DAY.....
    5:30am wake
    5:45 Swig of MCT oil and 2 Epi Andro RX
    8am to about 10 or sometimes 12 I sip on
    40oz coffee with 28g butter and 14g MCT oil
    Fast all day
    230-3pm Swig of MCT oil 2 Epi Andro RX
    5pm train
    630-7pm PWO shake no carbs Swig of MCT oil and 2 Epi Andro RX
    745 10g BCAA, GDAs, enzymes, and whatever else I do pre carbs. Lol
    8pm time to eat 300-500g carbs with a good amount of protein and not much fat.
    10pm bed


    No carb/ULC days are the same but at 630-70 I have a big protein and fat meal and maybe a fatty snack later but not often. Fatty snacks are just swigs of MCT oil or butter covered in cinnamon and salt.
    I'll also drink a serving of con-Cret if I get a sweet tooth late night because that shit is strong/sweet and taste good.

    Well I got some work done today....

    Most of the metal needed cut and ready to be burned together.


    Since welding is quick and easy to do I ended up burning it all together.

    I'll have the skids bent or made tomorrow and then finish it up on Friday or this weekend.

    Had to get something done and posted because I'm good at putting things off and proof for VayneZ that future doesn't mean in 2 years. Lol

    Fuck I knew I should of had some carbs last night....
    Busted my ass at work yesterday and today then tried to SQUAT and hit a wall at 265 but I also hit a good amount of volume early on but I could tell I was running on fumes during my light/warm up sets.
