    Bro Sorry for giving you so many ''likes'', but DAMN I am amazed!!!! Sick work, I have no idea how you are able to put all of that together, on your own and in such a short ''future'' period of time. Where did you learn all of that man? lol

    Been building and tearing into shit all my life so its pretty much self taught other than what I learned threwout school in metal/wood shop. Oh and it's what I kinda do for a living when I'm not working on equipment I'm building some.
    Found the blueprints and that's all I need to be able to built something like that because when you really look at what's all there its only a few angles and a bunch of shorter straight pieces.

    That squat workout was as close as I could get to your session without my legs falling off or my back snapping.

    10rds PUNISHER HIIT
    5rds of 25yrd sprint then I pulled it backwards 25yrds to the starting line 60s rest in between sets

    5rds of 25yrd sprint flip the sled around and sprint back 25yrds 120s rest between sets.

    LOTS OF RICE AND BANANAS WILL BE HAD TONIGHT!!

    DEADS are going down in 10 minutes too.

    Went into this workout feeling depleted and kinda sore but after the 2nd set of 315 I just came alive but didn't plan on lifting heavy so I got some reps in at 315 with the last 3x5 just flying off the floor and felt like it got lighter. Dropped it to 275 and everything felt super smooth so I got a bunch of reps in. Then 225 came back up and I only did 5 because it felt like a waste of my time since it was just stupid light and effortless.

    That's endurance right there wow! And Deadz as the icing on the cake nice. And nice work with repping out the 315's!!! My back's destroyed from today's workout so.... I can just feel it when I read the volume you did. You use chalk? Belt?

    And nice off day on the cali's! I remember how happy we used to get back in Miami whenever we could get our hands on some Pure Cali indoor breed, sticky and with all that orange hair... ahhh the good days!

    That Sirloin looks LEGIT!!!!!

    It's always fun checking what Scope's cooking ahahaha

    Chalk and belt on the top sets and on the tapper back down.

    If you can't tell or haven't noticed I'm over trying to have 200-300g backloads because they are to small and 500-600 isn't treating me bad so I'll ride this fucking carb train until the wheels fall off.
