I'm also beyond excited to get lean now. Not sure why, but I feel more dedicated than ever (well I haven't started cutting yet, so that's quite ironic I guess.)
Decided to go 10 weeks on this cut. 4 "naturally", and the last 6 weeks I'll introduce the clen and t3.
arent u lean as fuk already???? u have abs and cuts. or have u bulked since then? clen AND t3 sounds mighty strong for someone new to both. i'd probably just stick with low dosed clem to asses tolerance because for sure coming off the t3 ur gonna feel quite shitty
Youre gonna be really sad if you use t3 without a strong anabolic cycle....

Scratch that, clen and osta. Osta has slight suppression, but it doesn't look like anything to fret. Should be a nice way to lean out FAST. That and 30 minutes of cardio in the morning before any meals.
Back in the gym today. Killed it. Feels like I'm hitting chest a lot, but it started to finally make some changes in both strength and appearance.
Decline:
135x20, 185x10, 225x18, 275x7, 315x1, 315x1, 335x1 with slight assistance.
Dumbell incline:
80x15, 100x10, 100x5
Barbell incline:
135 WIDEx15, 185x8, 225x5, 275x0 (burned out at this point. Had a spotter though so I was fine)
Machine chest press
Full stack+bands, 3x12
Tricep one arm rope
60lbs 3x20
Tricep pushdowns straight bar
200lbs, 3x10
EZ bar curls (got a huge pump with these, locked my elbows out in front of my body slightly instead of directly next to torso)

Dumbell hammer curls

Preacher curl machine one arm
50lbs 3x15
Dips
3 sets to failure.
Good news. Got a video of deadlifts. 545x3 with no belt, double overhand. Bad news, phone fell over and all you hear is the noise... Goddammit.
I also tried another 600 dead. Not feeling too hot right now after this. Got it off the floor quick, but just under my knees my form slipped and the bar was too far from my body, causing my lower back to round, core to loosen, and the bar to come back down slowly. I tried to adjust and fight it mid rep, but it wasn't happening. Gave up after about 20 seconds of not breathing and a messed up eye vessel.
