I can't stop eating and I'm not even High!!!
Always around the 6th week of anything I run I get super hungry and just want to eat and eat!!
Just ate another bowl of watermelon and about 2-3 scoops of pro blend!!
Gonna try and do some cardio right now if not ill do some light lifting.
Ended up doing some light lifting last night, but came back in the house to est more and more. Lol
So yesterday was squats and this is what I did

3x8@225
Started the workout by going 8 minutes on the treadmill then loaded the weights and went to work. I was sweating heavily at the end and then I went and killed a bunch of food.
This morning I woke up and did 2 miles in the treadmill @4mph but did .5@8% .5@10% and 1.0@12%
I'll hit another cardio session like the one above or all at 10-12% this evening then I'll probably do some lunges or something.
Just ate lunch and I'm feeling great!!
Wish I could leave work and go lift I feel so good..
Moments like this make all the hard work and time oh so worth it.
PM cardio time then I'll be making myself a big ol salad with broccoli, peppers and chicken!!
Can't wait to get done and get to eating!!
No shakes at all today and if I end up having any protein powder it'll be for a dessert.
So by the end of today I'll have ate 4 chicken breast,a bunch of veggies, and healthy fats!!
Damn you are active Scope! I'm sure the more weight I lose, the more active I will be. Hell, compared to the times I was heavier, i'm much more active now. Digging the menu you cook up too ( taking notes )

I have a hard time staying in one place for very long and Watching TV just doesn't happen!
I was a fat ass for the first 23 years of my life so I have lots to make up for.
Since losing all the weight my outlook on life is completely different and I LOVE THIS FEELING and MY LIFE!!
Oh and there should be plenty of food ideas in this thread... Lol
I think there's pics of food on every page.
Biggest thing is to find something you like and don't mind eating over and over.
I'm far from a picky eater so my food choices are endless and if I like something but its not healthy Ill completely change it and make it healthy while still having the taste/flavor I was after.
^ Good advice. I need to think of something I really like that is actually good for me, and can eat over and over again, day after day. Too bad chicken teriyaki wasn't one of them. Shit I love me some rice.... I may trade more rice for quinoa.
