It smelled and tasted just sooooo good.
But Next time I'll use butter, and maybe a bit more almond milk. Was a bit hard to chew, other than that, it was perfect!!

Lower back felt really good today. I gotta thank Rodja for advising me to work on my Posterior Chains! I won't go any heavier than 455 on deadz until I nail at least 5 reps solid of it. That's my current goal.
My latest pics were posted in the competition section. I know, I got FAT!!! I was actually 193 at the end of September. Already started working on getting leaner.
The primary focus will be NOT to lose strength but rather, to GAIN strength. Losing Bodyfat IF possible while keeping and gaining as much strength as possible.
Mass is not a priority. I'll try and have some vids captured during these 2 weeks for the strength section. I'll be doing this competition hormone free.

This morning, after eating a box of doughnuts and a really big square place LOADED with Lasagna and Jasmine White rice on the side. It was brutal. Had so much Skippy's PB before I crashed as well. I woke up like this:

Thanks Burly! I'll probably tape next week's workout. My ''Barbell'' Bench press is horrible! It's something I've been neglecting for years, so hopefully I can nail a 1-rep max of 275-ish at least!

Will avoid anything related to lower back this week, since my lower back was killing me throughout the weekend. Have an appointment scheduled with a Chiro for Wednesday morning. And I bought Animal Flex, since I heard great things about it. Also Extracting raw ginger and will be drinking it daily along with my Glucosamine intake in the evening.
So I might avoid squats and deadz this week, which SUCKS! But I gotta listen to my body. I'll probably upload the strength videos throughout next week then, hopefully if I recover well.
