    Felt extremely weak today. Shoulder was ehhhh the whole time. Did some deadlifts and could barely get 5 plates?

    Just a bad day overall. I need to refeed/cheat. Someone give me an idea for a quality cheat meal.

    friendly reminder that I have not hit shoulders or really heavy upper in general in ages.

    Traps are definitely growing though. Somehow all this squatting is working Maybe not for my legs like planned, but hey, growth is growth.

    Too late. Double cheese pizza with pep/sausage, tiramisu, and some breadsticks. I regret nothing. Haven't had pizza in ages, made it taste that much better.

    ^Thanks! Trying my best here. Gonna hit some light lateral raises on a daily basis to keep some activation.


    I need to get a leg pic up. Melanotan starting to take effect, really helped bring out more separation along my quads.

    Hit a little bit of everything

    Got some chest in. HOLY PUMP. when you don't train it for that long, it's insane.

    Did I mention I actually hit chest? Like 100lb incline dumbell presses for 8 reps with no pain? Not insane or anything, but I couldn't do that a week ago with this injury. Heck, I probably couldn't do it a few days ago.

    Haha. I don't think I'll make it that long. I'm actually ditching the whole low rep thing and sticking higher for now.

    sure, I love doing heavy singles on deads/squats/presses, but they are just wayyyyy too harsh on my body long term. (wait, it's only been ~4 years, definitely not even long term )



    Not sure if I mentioned this, but change to my cycle for the last ~4 weeks.

    Ditching dmz 3.0. I think it's the m1t that's giving me the sides. PN Pro gear at 2-3 caps a day instead. Has two of the same compounds, just not the third.

    Osta 25mg for the sake of joint health and potential leaning out, been on this though, just upping the dose.

    Decided to go with these doses because all the logs I'm looking at are for people that are 160-180lbs, which might be why I didn't feel it for so long.... I'm a big boy and sit around 218lbs, gimme a break

    Gonna be goooood from here on out. Pumped to see these changes. Back on clen tomorrow, it's awesome seeing how fast clen leans me out, but I seem to lose effect from it after a week and need 1 on/1 off.
