    Lol!!
    I'm gonna use all the carbs today on a sick dead lift session.
    DLs are usually on Friday but I feel like these carbs should be used today. Lol
    I fucking hate feeling and looking all bloated and puffy.

    If I were you (if!) I would start really light, and just hit the reps really slow, let your body get warm and start burning, let you muscle start working. And then, when you're sweating like crazy and start seeing them vainz come out, THEN hit it heavy. By going heavy at that point, in my experience, I tend to burn insane amount of bodyfat.

    Just an idea. You could try it, see how it treats ya

    Sounds like a good plan.
    That'll be how I do it today but I'll start with 10-15 minutes on the treadmill and end with the same. Hopefully the body will be up to it.

    What I got was Nike hyperwarm
    Its sold at a bunch of places but I bought mine at dick's sports.

    Shit works killer and keeps me nice and warm while working out.

    Man got all supped up to workout and guess what happens??
    One of the girls I've been talking to starts to txt me so I'm about an hour late to start my lifting but I'm still gonna kill it.
    The sports medicine/personal trainer girl is starting to take the lead and I hope she keep on pulling.
    Be back in 1-1.5hrs time to hit the treadmill and some deads..
