    yes not an actual decline press. but only a very slight decline so you get some more activation out of your pectoral area and a little less shoulder strain.
    main reason i wen't to a slight decline was because my shoulder likes to "pop" when i do flat bench and after rotator cuff surgery it makes me weary when it pops when i do things. then i noticed i get a much better chest workout when i do the slight decline and my shoulders don't get as worn down by the end of the routine.

    bbg- I know... It just doesn't look good that way though haha The gyno pops up and because I'm still so pale right now I lose all the definition.

    Pullups:
    3x12 wide, pause/stretch at the bottom. DROPSET +40lbsx7, +20lbsx5, bodyweightx5, assisted by lifting partner to force out another 4.

    Lat pulldowns overhand
    5x8, 2x12, 1x20 slow/light.

    Lat pulldowns underhand
    3x6 heavy cheat, 4x8 slow/controlled.

    Barbell rows underhand
    135x20, 185x15, 225x10, 225x10, 275x5, 315x4 shit form. 135x30

    Machine rows
    3x8

    Straight arm pulldowns with rope
    4x20

    Straighr arm pulldowns with tricep v bar
    4x20

    Cable rows
    5x10, then did a big dropset from the full stack to 10lbs.

    Some funky machine pulldown I've never seen/used before.
    5x10 light.

    15 minutes cardio

    ab work

    My back looks uneven, but it's just my angle and how I'm twisted a bit. If you look, you can see where the melanotan really took effect when I was outside all day in a t shirt...... Holy dark neck.

    Finally starting to get the "yeah, he lifts" forearms





    I <3 epiandro. So glad I added it in, I feel great on a day to day basis, where before something was just off with me. Confidence is through the roof, energy levels are great, pumps are exciting, and I'm developing a much harder appearance. So many people have come up to me lately and commented on my shoulder width, despite not being able to train them until now.

    Shoulder today. Pain free. Lost a bit of strength, but I'll be back by next week.

    Seated dumbell press:
    40x8, 60x8, 85x8, 95x5, 100x0 didn't have a spot either so it was a lost hope.

    Standing barbell:
    135x8, 155x5, 185x3, 95x30

    Lateral raises:
    50lbs 3x8, 30lbs 3x12, 20lbs 3x20

    Front raises dumbells
    50lbs 3x8

    Shrugs
    100lbs 3x12

    Shrugs barbell
    405 3x8, dropset all the way down to 135.

    Upright rows cable
    200lbs 3x8 (cable sucks with these)

    Laying face first on incline front raise with dumbells
    20lbs 3x20

    Rear delt flies

    abs

    cardio

    ^ 1k deficit+clen works wonders

    I know, I need to get those videos up ASAP. I haven't been able to move the 585 lately and I've been wanting to save it for that.

    It's always cool to train with other people, they bring a lot to the table in regards to their viewpoints, unique little things they do. There's a friend of mine who isn't nearly as strong as me, but I still take his advice all the time because of his families background on kinesiology.

    Someone decide for me. Try to hit 455 ass to grass again with no spot, or just focus on front squats and do some light back squats?
