Did 35 minutes of cardio this morning.
Had 7.5 ounces of chicken breast, 2 servings of mixed veggies, and a scoop of protien in 1.5tbs of coconut coconut oil, cinnamon, and a splash of almond milk.
All of that works out to just shy of 800 cals.
I will lift tonight and the neat about a 1500 cal dinner then all make a 3-500 call snack before bed.

Took that mixture above and cut the milk out and added a half cut of egg whites and 2-3 packets of stevia and that shit is on point!!!

Been about 1.5hr since I ate that oatmeal and I have veins popping out everywhere. Think I'll hit some light arms to get a sick pump then eat my pudding and start get into sleep mode.

Next week cals will be cut back so I can lean out, and drop some a bit of water and look better for a little get together next Saturday.

i hate to mini hijack you thread but whats your guac recipe? I was making some today and it's a fairly ghetto version (2 softies, olive oil, adobo and lemon juice) and I figured if anyone has a good mix it'd be you.

Keep what you usually use and chop up some onion, tomato, and garlic. I've even put carrots and celery in it before too.
I love garlic and only add it when its just for me.

With guacamole keep it simple and it'll always taste good. Most of the time I get lazy and just toss a spoonful or 2 of Greek yogurt in a bowl with a avocado and mix it together with seasonings and I'm gone in about 2 minutes.

Well I'm really liking my newest and simplest meal which is 4 servings of mixed veggies steamed in the microwave with seasonings and 2tbs of olive oil over the top. I then heat and slice up my 2 chicken breast add to veggies mix around and enjoy. Takes about 5-7 minutes from start to eating.
