You remembered my fractured chest right? The pain finally went away this week... but I did heavy benching 2 weeks ago, about 110 pound dumbbells on incline, I just squeezed mentally through the pain, and it hurt bad afterwards....
But, today, it's healed.
That's how I go though with injuries... I go a bit lighter than usual, and still quick when I really HAVE to, but I like pushing myself through... or else I'd just get DEPRESSED.
