    Jumping the gun my friend...
My pancake recipe doesn't have any honey in it so that's not an issue.
Also the next time I make the coconut bread I won't be using honey either.
If you really think about it a TBS of honey in a whole loaf of bread isn't much carbs per slice so even if its used I wouldn't worry about it.

Here's what the pancake batter looks like. Thicker than normal but that keeps them together better when you flip.

    Cooking

    Flipped with butter

    Steak and pancakes.
No eggs because these 4 in the batter and that would be a shit ton o food and I've been snacking on celery and chicken before this meal.

Pancakes with syrup ready to eat.

The taste is off the chain and I'll never ever make another regular pancake!!!

Ah, I was imagining you were drizzling honey over the pancakes in copious amounts. Actually that's not you I'm imagining, it's me!

Damn, pancakes, maple syrup, blueberries and cream are just so good. Very hard to resist when I make them for my son

    Well BAD NEWS!!!
I have a fractured bone in my lower leg and the specialist put me in a boot and I have to go back in 2 weeks to see if the ligaments are doing better because they are stretched bad or slightly torn. Looks like I'll be out for 4-6 weeks...
Great fucking way to start the year off!!!
Going to have to buckle down and keep what I eat clean and not over eat that clean food.

Tough break! (sorry) I also have hurt my feet and ankles when on cycle. I guess it's the sudden weight gain and increase of weight, etc that does it. I think I last screwed my ankle up by running through woodlands 10 kgs heavier than I was a few weeks previous.

Anyway, here's to a speedy recovery.
