Tell me about it. It was a shitshow of legal expenses and time in court. My phone was lost and I admitted to alcohol consumption. Based on where they found my phone and the assumption I was intoxicated, they pieced together a whole story and linked together two separate crime scenes across campus to me. To truly understand how ridiculous the claims were, they accused me of climbing in through a third floor window.
I didn't realize we harbored such hardened criminals here at SS.
Starting up frag tomorrow. Should be interesting.
Pinned 250mcg fasted before my workout. Going to pin twice a day, morning and night. Both fasted. Adding in cardio and higher rep schemes, dropping out squats and deadlifts because I physically can't do them due to an injury.
Feeling good. Obviously no results yet, but nothing out of the ordinary.
I also picked up a job bouncing at a bar, so that will give me something to have fun with haha.
Starting albut tomorow. Going to get a start/end weight. My goal is to be under 200lbs.

Looking for advice on getting as shredded as possible in 5 weeks. I'll be on albut, UOJ, cardio, frag, and a VERY strict diet of IF. Anything else I should toss into the mix? Hitting abs every day. Upping the reps on my lifts and adding in supersets.
It's damn near impossible to track macros on dining hall food, but to give you an idea of what I'm eating it's essentially copious amounts of stirfry with chicken, rice, broccoli, and soy as my main meal. To break the fast I have 2 scoops of whey, then have two scoops of whey and some cliff bars (sugar I know, but they have fiber and oats which I need) at the end of my window. I'm estimating roughly 2200 calories total.
