    They tasted so damn good to I ate 5 of them all with real maple syrup.
    They aren't regular waffles because I went Gluten Free and will stay that way as long as I'm on CNS or CBL.

    Little update on yesterday's CarbNite.
    I was 202 Saturday morning and this morning I tip the scales at 213!!
    11 pounds in 1 day!!!
    Gonna lift like crazy and see if I can hold on to some of the weight.

    1 CarbNite 11 pounds gained.
    I ate somewhere around 1200g carbs, 220g protein, and 150g fat.
    That was just my CN and not counting the food earlier in the day.
    Total cals for the day are around 9k.

    I used to make vanilla banana protein waffles years ago. Loved them with sugar fee syrup and eggs . Or just smeared natural peanut butter and sugar fee raspberry jelly and rolled them up.

    Ahh wish I was home more to cook!!
