My carbless foods are only salted by bacon or sea salt when there's no bacon in the mix.
My veins just disappeared this week and I'm sure its because of the heat and not drinking enough water this past week.
I just jumped on the scale and I'm 230.6 so that's a 15lbs gain from last night.
This is after 2 pisses and a shit.
Carbs generally seem to increase vascularity when going from a low carb state to carb administration. I see this even on a smaller level when just taking carbs pre-wo.
