Thought I'd give a little update on my diet plans for this weekend...
The plan is to have carbs every night and get back on the ULC train Monday.
I'll be using this weekend as a reset/restart of CNS because everything about my diet will be changing for April.
3k cals a day and tamer/cleaner CarbNites then I'll be testing out a mid week backload. April should be a fun month.
Squats
135 2x12
225 3x10
275 5x6
325 20x5
Still had more in the tank but I had to get ready for dinner.
CarbNite started
40g carbs from VPX CarboNox
1 package TJ's banana flattened
2.5 cups Rice Krispies
Bacon :O !!!!

Bacon is indeed amazing, not familiar with your diet, what is it exactly ? Are you counting sodium intake?
