    Why did I check out this thread?????!!!!!! I just took my pre-bed peps and I've raging with hunger! GAWWWWWWW!!! 15 more mins and I get to have my shake, LOL!!!!!!!!!! I'll def be dreaming about those GF banana pancakes! Post up a recipe, I'll add these to my weekend bfast.

    What kind of syrup do you use?

    I just follow or mod the recipe onnthe box of mix.
    Maple syrup or fake sugar free syrup when I'm watching the carbs.

    Do you still eat doonuts with your backloads?
    As for me, I decided to stop doonuts and other food like this. Just keep clean carbs such as white rice, bread, potatoes. I want to see if there's a difference with diet+doonuts food

    For the moment, my weight is increasing but I keep the same BF. I'd like to know if I can be leaner in removing dirty carbs in the evening.

    Kiefer says that dirty food is required 2h before bed to increase insulin spike. ...

    Wieght is up and fat may be down or just the same but with more mass. With that said Ive had carbs every night this month but 2 days and those days I ate a fuckton of ULC food lots of protein and FAT!!!
    Strength and endurance is up big time, and I'm able to just lift and lift and keep on lifting. I'm now limiting my workouts to 1-1.5hrs and so far it has me feeling great and makeing gains.

    CNS is a great diet but when my lifting sessions started to suck and I was just stuck at 216 for 4-6 weeks so it was time for a change and I'm very happy with the change.

    Doughnuts fuck me over hard and the only ones Ive found to be ok are a 2hr trip to get so I haven't had any doughnuts but I've been eating pancakes, potatoes, and cereal. I've been getting in 350g or more carbs every night, so I'm eating a pretty good amount of food and not putting any fat.

    I'm Carb Backloading but I'm not following any of Kiefers protocols. I'm just staying ULC all day then smashing carbs post workout and I'm done eating around 8 and get to bed around 9-10. I'm pretty much Paleo 21-22hrs a day and the 2-3hrs I'm not its after my workout and its all gluten free and baked or made at home. All fat and protein are coming from good sources and I've also cut my protein powder use down to just in that 2-3hr post workout window and I kinda want to just cut it out all together or just buy some pepto pro and use just enough to get the job done post workout.

    One thing I've found while eating carbs nightly is I have to drink more water than normal and I'm drinking 3+ gallons a day because if I don't I bloat up and look like the Michelin Man. I've also been eating 2lbs of asparagus daily and that helps out big time.

    I am a mechanic so I'm no just sitting on my ass all day either.
    Hit a 30-45 minute am bro session or light lifting session during the week plus my nightly heavier or intense workout and then lift in the am sat/sun.
    350 is probably a low side guess because I'm always eating handfuls of cereal threw out the backload, and I don't even count the bananas and apple sauce I eat.

    Here's what I eat at 10-11am and before this I usually have 6-8oz chicken or turkey with 14g CO at 8am.

    6whole eggs cooked in 14g butter
    1lbs asparagus
    1 chicken breast
    1 avocado

    I don't really track cals or weigh out much other than my fats and baking mixes/flour. I just mentally add and remove cals as I feel its needed.
