2 chicken breast
All of it cooked it bacon fat.
That's how I've been eating every morning for the past week.
Dinner is about the same but no eggs so I eat more meat.

I've been eating at 8-9am this week because Ive been finishing my last meal before 8-9pm.
I'll continue to cut my eating off at 8-9pm next week but I won't eat until 10-11 because early morning food makes and keeps me hungry all day.
Since that meal was so damn fatty and large I'll only eat lean meat and low fat carbs tonight.
Thinking about chicken and potatoes for my main meal then a box of cereal to get the carbs in.
I do need to mention that I'll be going Paleo after I fininsh all the cereal and shit I have at home. I'll still be CBLing but all my carbs will come from starchy veggies and an occasional cheat meal/evening that will be kept Guten Free.
Main reason for switching things up is Ive finally talked my parents into eating healthier and Paleo eating is what it took so I'm going join them and see what happens.
Came home after work and was just itching to lift and get shit done.
Did a little circuit of pull-ups, push-ups, seated BB presses, curls, and then after 5 rounds I added in deads (I was picking it up by the plates not the bar 135x10), and did another 5 rounds.
After that I started to do squats and those same deads.

I only have carbs in the evening/night time regardless of when I lift, and I don't use anything other than water while lifting.
Finally remembered to pick up some batteries for my scale and this morning I was 216 and I'd guess I'm 20% or more.
Not looking good but I'm not worried or stressing it.
I'll be doing a 30 day Paleo challenge that will be grain, legume, and dairy free. I'll probably stay ULC most of the time and when I'm not I'll still be around 75-100g carbs post workout only. Reason behind this is I'll be away from the weights some of this month and won't be able to really CBL like I'd like to and CNS won't be used because it just teaches bad eating habbits. Plus June is 30 days long so it works out perfect. Lol
