The six month timeline applies for those who didn’t cleanse? I cleansed but waited 7 months anyway cause I was coming from a very shitty place, I wanted some level of improvement to happen first with herbs alone. didn’t want to jump on hormones in such a state, despite you telling guys to wait 2-3 months.

Bottom line is to get some semblance of stability in your system before jumping into the hormone game. That's going to be different for everyone depending on where they're at health wise. For some guys it could be as early as three months, for others, it could be six months to a year. There really isn't a one size fits all answer when it comes to introducing exogenous hormones into a compromised system. It should be taken on a case by case basis.
When I throw timelines out like that, I'm typically speaking specifically to the person asking the question.

I'm sensing hesitation.
Listen. I'll say this again because you're new. You can't piece meal this program. It doesn't work like that. It's built so that every piece synergizes with the others. The sum of all the parts is GREATER then the parts on their own.
If you think you're going to pop a bunch of herbs and then run a few cycles of DHT prohormones and get better, I hate to break it to you.....it's most likely not gonna happen for you.
ALL or NOTHING.
The sooner you come to terms with this, the faster you'll be on your way to conquering your current issues. Until then my friend, you're going to be spinning your wheels.
EVERYONE who has ever said the program hasn't worked for them, hasn't done the program. Bottom line. Very simple

Definite hesitation. Only because my symptoms aren’t as bad as a lot of people, but I’d still like to be back to “normal” or better, and it’s a lot to commit to. I’ve read enough of your posts to know I need to do it all or not bother. I’m dreading the diet more than anything else. Well, and the cold showers. I’m usually freezing all day if I don’t have a hot shower but I’m assuming my body will adjust after I do it for a bit.
There is a very simple answer here. You don't really feel getting your sexual male prowess back if it entails the amount of work it does. You'd simply rather not have to do all the crazy shit just to be able to fuck. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this as everyone has wildly varying sex drives. This isn't bragging.....well....ah fuck it, maybe, but who doesn't like to hear good things about themselves once in awhile? I was recently raved about by this woman 40 (I'm 41} I've been sleeping with for the past 5 months.....She literally told ALL her friends that I "fucked like a porn star."......Wow. The looks I get from her "friends" are unbelievable..I would say bordering
That was one of best compliments of m life.......at 41. Just a number when you take care of yourself.....for the most part.....lol
I always wanted to be the best I could be. I never compared. Didn't really care to. Just wanted myself to be set straight.
Did you guys see that clip floating around the internet of Mike Tyson showing some moves.....he 52....anyone would still be crazy to stand toe to toe with him. Still fast, still strong.
My point in bringing these things up, is that these skills didn't just magically appear in thier lives. They had to work for it.....HARD

But... I can already fuck all I want. I don't have any erection or libido issues these days (had some slight erection issues at one point). But sensitivity isn't what it should be and gets worse the longer I last.. doesn't usually make much difference to them, but obviously sucks for me, sometimes. And refractory period is longer than it should be. If I keep it to every 2-3 days I'm usually fine. Every day and it's like 50/50 shot for me finishing... twice a day, next to never (though, I actually did manage twice yesterday which was awesome)
I got a little "preview" if you will of how things used to feel when I first tried Tribulus and R-Andro which gave some motivation to do the whole program if I could feel like that or better all the time. It was really nice to not have to worry about anything, I felt way more in control than I have since this all started, which was awesome
Anyways--I know what you mean. I just have to decide whether it's something that I want to commit to or if I'm OK with where I'm at today.
Okay, well then you're in a much better position then most who end up here. What is it that you want to get out of the protocol? What lead you here? You need to know your destination in order to get there.
Regardless, most guys who really give it their all end up making it a way of life simply because it makes you feel so damn good. Always room for improvement.

I just want my sensitivity to go back to normal so I quit going half numb (or more) during sex.. I'd love to be having to hold off from finishing because it feels so good I can barely contain myself vs. now where I tend to either have to be quick or it's like 45 minutes of pound town to the point that we're both sore and exhausted.
I'm def. way better than many with this issue but there's def room for improvement.
